These Terms of Service govern your use of the DayNotes mobile application.

1. Use of the application

You may use DayNotes for lawful personal or business productivity purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and store in the app.

2. Cloud synchronization

Cloud synchronization through Google Drive or Yandex Disk is optional and depends on the availability, authorization and operation of the selected third-party provider, network connectivity and your account settings.

3. Backups

Although DayNotes may provide synchronization and backup-related functionality, you remain responsible for maintaining copies of information that is important to you.

4. Third-party services

The app may integrate with third-party platforms or services. Their own terms and policies apply when you use those services.

5. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, improved or discontinued as the application evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or third-party service.

6. Disclaimer

DayNotes is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
